Thanks for the input . A week ago , on a whim , I put a bid on a pair of 811Bs that I didnt think would win them . Well....they should be here in a couple of days . with that , and youre crossover concerns in mind im thinking of going with the 811 horns for my first altec build . I heard those horns in a pair of model 19s and was blown away . Evan if the mantarays sound better I wont be able to hear the differnce without a side by side test . I would guess the 811s have some endearing personality all their own anyway . Any thoughts on this ?
