Well, it isn't hearing damage.What they're saying it is, is possibly a "dural fistula", or an AVM (arterial/vascular malformation) causing the pulsatile tinnitus - which ... here's the bad part: could lead to aneurysm or stroke.
I've gotta get a cerebral angiogram, which requires a tube stuck up the femoral artery, to inject dye into my head :\ bleh...
Kidna sucks, am only 28 and have zero health problems besides this... and this just started one day...
Apparently there are a few treatments, so the 'good' part is - after risky and scary surgery ..... the tinnitus should be gone.
Bad thing is, the tinnitus was only a warning symptom.
