Yes, this will disable the RCA for the Stereo and Front L+R (which are identical).The rest of the MCh outs will be still working so you can use the Zap Filter outs for Stereo and Front L+R in MCh mode. It's just that the rest of the MCh outs will be single ended (RCA) and your Stereo and Front will be BAL.
