Accupphase CD player not true balanced Why?

I spent $7,000 for a DP77 CD player to replace my SCD1. Why in the world do they not use design the unit to be true balanced throughout at this price range.

Anyone for Accuphase or service provider likes to give me answer or a knowledgeable designer like to answer. I find this unacceptable, the dealer answer was, balanced out sounds better, the darker sound is due to the noise being removed that you are hearing in the RCA outputs, so removing the noise makes it sound less detail, but the detail was the extra noise?

He said it not bad to tap off the RCA circuit, it was designed that way, and Accuphase would not have done it that way if it hurt the sound. You must balance the improvement of the XLR outs to the RCA output, and not listen to nay Sayers? Who know very little about the design aspects of the Accuphase" a little knowledge is dangerous, that is his quote.

Anyone knows there designs well enough to offer and educated opinion. I might just wind up selling this unit, I never go to this dealer again due to the lack of honest information provided to me on the design, I also looked behind the demo unit and guess what it was running RCA out, ask him why? He said it is easier to setup and most people do not have balanced pre and amps.

Thanks for your feedback.

Phil
