Need help with headphone amp setup.

I am a vinyl junkie and like to play vinyl through my main amp/floor standing speakers. However, I also would like to have the ability to play through my headphone amp without having to disconnect/reconnect the interconnects. I use an Audio Research SP9 MK II pre-amp and a Mapletree tube headphone amp. The pre-amp only has one set of main outputs. It does have tape outputs though. I have tried the tape outputs, however the gain is not very much. Any help would be appreciated.
