New DVD-Audio music releases and talk about the latest players.

II suspect the current (and near-term) Blu-ray releases have less than stellar soundtracks from a bitrate perspective.

I only have three (3) Bluray concerts with: 640K DD, 16/48 PCM, and "DTS-HD" (probably a lossy 1536K DTS) soundtracks. Nine Inch Nails has a 24/48 soundtrack in "lossless" (?) TrueHD but my player only supports 2-channel TrueHD and NIN isn't my favorite band.

The format war is still going. Rumors of Wal-Mart procuring millions of cheap Chinese made HD-DVD players might be a threat to Blu-Ray creating even more uncertainty (anyone remember what happened with the SACD/DVD-A holy wars ?).
