Do what one of the small porn labels (CDGirls) has done. Buy about 10 Blu-ray burners and burn the discs instead of paying to get them stamped. LPCM for the audio, instead of Dolby or DTS, won't cost a penny (except for the recording equipment, which I'm sure is paid for), so all you'll need is the software to do the editing (there's new stuff coming out every few months, so development is there) and the HD cameras (which are currently rented/leased or already owned). And by going the burn route, you get around paying the copy protection fees.
