Everyone has their preferences and biases, but converting to analog rather than doing SRC is a rather drastic step these days. With the apparent demise of Quantegy, the future of analog tape supply is questionable, at least for now.I think with the advent of the TI 4192 & 4193 chips you'll see better, more affordable hardware SRCs hit the market soon.
