Just a quick update to my recent problem with the bias adjustment issue. Spoke with Mike Sanders over at Quicksilver and he knew immediately what the problem was likely to be. Quicksilver is on the west coast in California which is a long way from me to ship such a heavy amp. Once finding out where I lived he gave me contact info of a dealership/repair facility within 2 hrs of where I live. I made the call, parts will be sent in, no charge on the service. Just a nice drive north on designated repair date, done on the same day, then back home after a lunch break with a likely beer or two.
Couldn't have hoped for better service, from Quicksilver to his network of dealers & technicians, in this case a gentleman in southern FL, a super nice audiophile enthusiast. BTW, this is for an amp that I purchased in Nov. of 2011. Can't beat that for customer service! Thanks Mike & Mark.
