I fixed a similar problem in one of my father's receivers a few years back - it was the Capacitor style - can't remember the details - and the form factor no longer was made by the time of the replacement!
My money is on the CR2032 - but check the physical dimensions

All batteries can be recharged-
And a receiver has enough voltage options to run a trickle-
You may not find a 'rechargeable CR2032'...-.
