even though she's willing to refund your money based on your detective work you're considering giving her a negative?
Why don't you threaten her maybe she'll refund your money and let you keep the item you admit you still want?

Just because I stated that the deck I received is not what she claimed it to be doesn't necessarily mean I claim she lied.
The deck could have been fine she tested it, it just got damaged somehow during transit
Considering the possibility doesn't necessarily mean certainty.
Maybe you should take a refresher course in logic?
there's no certainty to be had so why keep talking about it here? Just send it back and get your refund and leave positive or no feedback with an explanation that there was a functionality issue but she acted right about it if you go positive.
