want their money back because it is not the original styrofoam surrouding the perfect amp. (Yes, I had a Paypal chargeback for not original styrofoam). I had a buy agree to pay $4 shipping for the LP, and after the auction say he would only pay $1.25, then eng me claiming I was greedy.
I had a Canadian buyer neg me for "not being understanding" that he bid on a United States only auction and I would not fill out phoney customs docs (right after 911). So I am at about 96% and proud of it. 3% of people online are psychotic, if they don't get their way, fine with me.

A guy hit me up for $25.00 because a pair of speakers, which arrived with no damage, were not packed correctly.I was missing two small (6"X9") pieces of styrofoam. I paid the money to keep my perfect feedback at Audiogon. This was pre-feedback censorship, which is why I kind of understand Audiogon's policy. A better one may be to allow comments on feedback.
must have a disclaimer:
"Seller does not guarntee authenticity of packaging; the sellers goal to safely pack and ship your item overrides the buyer's desire for previously used ("original") packing materials. Seller may at his discretion subsitute or augment the packing as he sees fit to package the merchandise in teh safest manner. Purchase of this item constitutes agreement to this term, and waiver of any right to refund for "unauthentic" packaging".
.
Excellent disclaimer. Pass this on to the Ebay and Audiogon staff. Wouldn't you think that one of their "staff" lawyers might have thought of this already?
