I looked at tracks online. Typically, bobcat tracks are not quite this large, but a neighbor reported seeing a large one. We do have a black bear in the area. The track looks too small for a bear. I know all of the local dogs. Of the large ones, there are border collies, labradoodles, golden doodles and standard poodles. None of these have a foot this large. We don't have grizzlies, or cougars.
Follow Ups:
"Based on my armchair casual thought, I'd say it's definitely either a pooddy-tat or a grizzly bear. Maybe cougar or mountain lion. But I doubt if it's a leopard or cheetah. ;) Could even be a large dog. But probably not a leopard or cheetah."
I trust that you 'got' the humor.
There's the possibility that it's a very large dog. I know two dogs which are each over 120 pounds! (And they're both teddy bears.)
Anyway, I don't think it's a grizzly bear print, either.

We are inclusive and diverse, but dissent will not be tolerated.
Grizzly have a little longer paws and claws.
