Yes but my Nash Metropolitan will get me from stop light to stop light like any McClaren...And my car Ins. is cheeper too. But on the subject of the Klipschorn....The first thing you do with a Khorn is throw out the guts and put in better quality drivers....They are the cheapest sorry assed components Ive ever heard. And dont let any body tell you otherwise.
I first replaced the mid horns on my La Scalla's with Ahtec 511's using the Klipsh drivers. Then it on was 802's. next came the 515B's and 828 cabs. But then I needed 1005's and 288's. Next up was 2245's in the bottoms of the 828's. I have just ordered up a pair of 400 Hz Tractrix for the 288's. Fortunately I have a understanding wife. I have yet to match her travel budget.

After a similar slope I settled down with Nineteens. AND 605As. AND As-21s. AND 890C Boleros. But all are bone-stock save the 605s which are bi-amped.
in Chicago. They were fry small format Altec drivers. For my new Tractrix horns, what tomes do you suggest for the 1.4" series?

Science fiction gives more space to the sound but philosophy and history give more weight.
