The unit has separate transformers for each channel. I think they are made by Edcor, and they make excellent transformers.

I was curious about your bottlehead OTL. I'll look into it.

I am very happy with the T-1's. These may be the last set of cans I'll ever get

The price tag for the T-1s is the only thing that's keeping me away.

    You can get this fellow to assemble one for a reasonable fee (Link to his website below). If you get one, be sure to get the upgraded coupling caps.
