Please forgive my newbee stupidity in this area but, is there an easy way to download hi-rez music and then copy to a DVD-A in 24-96 or 24-196 for playback on a DVD-Audio player? If that could be done then the OP would have access to DVD-A of every disc that can be downloaded in hi-rez. Or, am I way off base?

All you need is software that will burn the High Resolution files to a DVD. There are a few programs out there that will burn up to 24/96 (the DVD-V format's max resolution) on a DVD. You'll need specialty software to actually make a DVD-A disc, however, but you then get access to making DVD-A discs with up to 24/192 resolution.
There's "for purchase" DVD-A software such as

and there's also some software available on the internet for free, such as DVD-A Explorer

and this
I am just getting started with this. I sort of like having the discs and am not quite ready for a server since things keep changing (and getting better) so quickly. I do own a pretty good hi-rez (DVD/DVD-A) player. IME, the 24/96 regular DVD's would be a good place to start, but I will have to zero in on loading the program, learning how to use it, and finding the music for download. Where can one find whole albums/discs in hi-rez for download?
