Roxio Toast 10 Titanium should do it (around $65 with an online search). Be sure to read the following first:

I used Toast to burn a DVD of AIFF 24/96 stuff. Does Toast truly maintain the 24/96? The difference in sound is that the DVD is slightly better or slightly more extended than the 16/44.1 version coming from my Apple TV via toslink. But it is quite slight. I was expecting quite a bit more of a difference. Is my experience about normal?
You can select an option verify after the program burns the disc. If the verify is OK, the data is the same.
...but I did find one mistake I made, I left the encoding to Automatic but have since changed that to 24/96 PCM. The DVD is the same size as the original files and the DVD player is set to output PCM w/ no downsampling but I still can hear no difference at all?? Dang this is frustrating.
Find someone with a PS3. When you play the disc, you can hit the Display button on the PS3's dedicated remote and it will tell you the sampling rate (should be 96kHz) and the audio bitrate (should be 4608 kbps for 24/96 2.0 material).
Not much audiophiles around Anchorage here.
Read this --> http://us.playstation.com/ps3/
and then watch my favorite PS3 commercial.
Hot chick = Yeah, I'm gonna file this under
...perhaps I can find someone w/ one of these.
There are some other Blu-ray players (but not all) that display some of this info.
This is a good program and the one I use on my Macs.
