Yep, I have one. Good value and can drive difficulty speakers.
Class I is kind like class A in class D.
Follow Ups:
Here is my opinion:
1. Sounds better than I expected.
2. Sounds very "accurate". Treble is a little rolled off.
3. I use it as a backup amp. And sometimes I want to use it to shake my house.
4. SQ/$ ratio is very high. It can drive difficult loads.
5. I have other class A and class A/B amps. They are better. But not by much.
Oh, it doesn't bi-amp well with other class A, class A/B amps. The delay in bass is too much. You need two of these amps to bi-amp.
Interestingly, the new WiiM Ultra, which has a separate subwoofer output, includes settings for crossover frequency, sub volume, phase, and also a latency setting that can be applied to either the sub or the main speakers. The flexibility of this unit is quite impressive for the price.
(I recognize that a subwoofer output is not the same thing as traditionally bi-amp speakers....)
I tri-amp.
