Re: using silver-plated copper hook-up wires

My take;  if it's single-conductor silver plated copper, it's potentially nice stuff (dependent on the insulation). I have not had good results with multi-conductor SPC, though it was in teflon.  It sounded a bit 'confused'.

I currently use single conductor SPC shielded as my input runs, because it's already made up, and shielded, which is very important here.  I have tried subbing out with teflon five nines silver, with copper braid tubing over for the shield, and can hear no difference.  Of course nobody up to and including God can measure any difference, so our ears must be our guide.
