Hi all,
I'm trying to understand difference (sonic and electrical) between CREE (SiC)zero recovery schottky and a normal IR rectifier Schottky (like 10CTQ150).
Best regards,
Beto
P.S. there is also Infineon, but I can't find a close distributor
