I believe I have a matched quad of EL34 winged C tubes sitting unused. They are used but not for very long as I bought them new. I long ago converted my ST-70 to use 6B4G tubes instead. The winged C is just a stylized logo for Svetlana (светлана if I'm spelling it correctly.) They probably used it during a certain period when they started selling to the west.

Edit: The Cyrillic spelling didn't come out right.
