The SED EL34 are very nice. I just rolled some into my Cary V12R. I had been using some EH KT88s. I was looking for a little more midrange warmth which the SED have in spades. The KT88 have more top and bottom end extension. They also sound more powerful.I'd like to find a tube that has the extension & power of the KT88s and the midrange of the SED EL34. Does such a tube exist??
