mostly involving the height of the tube, and if I wasn't feeling a bit sick right now I might be tempted to drag out my stash and give them a look, but I am so I won't. Sorry.They may have some variations at some level, but I don't think that you are likely to find very significant differences between them as they all seem to have a common architecture. They all sound the same to me.
I did find one a few years ago that was a real odd-ball: it was a side getter black plate 12AU7. I don't remember what the outcome was on that, as I got into the RCA 5963 at the time and put all of the cleartops aside.
