Ok, your "position" is that 9/10 of the audiophiles are "wrong" because they don't accept the superiority of the direct heated triode amplification device. In fact, according to your reasoning, we are all near deaf, as we listen to our inferior "modern" tubes, such as 6SN7, 5687, etc. The poor folks who listen to transistors, well, they must be pretty much fully deaf, as it is well known that they are listening pretty much to 100% third, fifth, seventh and nineth harmonic distortion.

The funny thing that it usually isn't enough for a fanatic to proclaim the superiority of a given technology for him, it must be accepted by all for full satisfaction.
