Re: tube amps in Seoul...

Last time I went there my wife disclosed a vinyl/tube/ stamps/collectibles underground market near Namdaemon market (only after she needed more time to shop in Namdaemon!). There was an abundance of used vinyl shops, and the day i went there only one stereo shop was open....I saw some turntables, tubes, some Tannoys and horn drivers...I am not sure but I think it was a 5 min walk from Namdaemon entrance number 5. I kinda forgot, though....
Hope this can put you on the right track. remember its underground so keep your eyes peeled, and hope this helps.
