I know of a mono Sansui tube amp, Q-55 from late 50's that was intended as a PA/studio amp. It is mono and has RCA/speaker connection that you mention, but uses 2x 12AU7, 2x 6CA7 and a 5AR4.Does it look anything like the picture above? If so, may be it is a mod'ed Q-55?
If not, you might be looking at a fairly rare amp. A picture would help.
