I have never tried this before with regular headphones, so the following is just a guess and that is giving myslef a lot of credit.Put your Non-AKG 1000 headphones on a fireproof surface. Cut off the jack terminal on your headphones. You won't be needing it any more after this. Strip the leads and wind them around the binding posts of your amp. Nothin fancy needed.
Turn on your "unit" and crank it up to 5PM. I am not sure if this will damage your amp or not. (It has a fuse n'est pas?) But if you've got anything more than 2 watts coming out of your amp, it will take care of the headphones.
