Thanks bambi, I'm reading joe's tube lore as I replying to the message I'm really excited about 5751, definately going to replace my teles for the GE 5 star 5751 black plate 3 mica and better still for the Sylvania gold label that you're using. Just have to wait till I can get me hands on these babies and I'll let you know what they sound like in my system. I bet they will sound teriffic!Solid state amps eh? I always said if ever a day there are no more NOS tubes left in the world and I'll get a pair of Pass labs XA series but for now tubes still rules!
