I have tried the EH6CA7s in my MV55 (triode) and liked them also. Then I tried Sylvania and GE fat bottles, thought they were better. But, eventually went back to Mullard EL34s. I found the 6CA7s too recessed. BTW, I use long plate Mullard 12AX7s and Raytheon 6SN7s, but I've tried and like the tubes you use very much also.
