Hi Larry. SuperSonic sleeves are a new fluorocarbon composite, completely different from previous X-Series heat sleeves.You just slide the old isolation pads off the Teflon ring and remove the old sleeves; then you just slip the SuperSonic sleeves onto the isolation pads and slide them back onto the Teflon ring.
