Yes, you could place that attribute due to the structural differences, however, the grid 'singing' is also dependent on the diameter of the grid wire, their spacing, how well they are anchored, and a whole host of other small but influential parameters (top mica shape, etc). It would be difficult to predict unless you routinely take apart tubes and inspect their innards, something which I do, but not often enough.
