Those "life" ratings have absolutelly no relevance to real life applications, in things like audio circuits. They simply mean that in a population of such tubes, all subjected to a very stressful application, the majority will retain full specs after this many hours.For the 6H30 tube the specs include being able to pulse at 6A per cathode... hardly something we see in audio circuits.
Which is to say the tubes will most likely not fail catastrophically during your life.
However, they start changing their charcteristics as soon as you first turn them all, and at some point they may lose their quality of sound.
When THAT happens no one knows, and all those stated numbers do not help in that respect either.
So my advice is to forget about all those "life" numbers, and simply try fresh tubes once a year... this is the only way to know when to replace them.
