I put a voltmeter on it and sure enough about 3 volts.I did a real good visual inspection and found that one of the tabs on the inside of the speaker output screw terminals was touching the chassis. The louder it was.....the bigger the shock. I bought all new output terminals and slipped heat shrink over them when I installed them.
No more hot chassis.
