Thanks for all of your help and advice regarding the Fisher receiver (400) that I recently bought.When searching 'Fisher 400' on Google a week or so, I came across a listing at Audio Classics for a Fisher 400 that they had/have for sale. They noted in the ad that this receiver has a "hot chassis"...dunno if there is a grounding problem with that particular unit, or if they're all like this?
