Turn the amp off, let the voltage drain and use something small and stiff (I have some dental probes lying around, or even bamboo skewers will do) and stick 'em in the sockets on the sides and squish them tighter. It isn't rocket science, you know.....8^)
ARC uses some American gold plated stuff, IIRC. They usually aren't the forked style blades and are true sockets.Stu
