The usual warning seems appropriate here - be sure you can get them from a source that screens them carefully. The quality is extremely inconsistent.And I'd recommend the "non-Elite" too.
The reason the Elites and to a certain extent the standard tube is hard to find is because it is really hard to get good stock. When you know that easily 50% of the tubes you get will be rejects it's awfully hard to keep them around.
