This is a good question. I think a lot of the answers, unfortunately, are what you should have done. And, believe me, I have made the same mistakes. You should have looked at the sellers feedback rating before bidding. (It's terrible!) You should have read the fine print in terms of sales carefully before bidding.
Well, all that is spilled milk. I would say you just try to get out of it with as little damage to yourself as possible. If the seller will let you out of the sale by paying a relisting fee, take the deal. This seller may not; it wouldn't surprise me. But be careful not to ruin your feedback rating here. Don't get angry and leave negative feedback - this seller will surely retaliate. That's not worth it.
