RE: Spray Foam To Dampen Speaker Stands?

Do they ring? Can you hear it when playing music?

If "yes" and "yes", I'd do something like John Marks suggested - kitchen sponges, or, foam rubber of some sort (sometimes used for packaging or under sleeping bags). Either way, pack it in fairly tightly so there's a good intimate contact with the stand. If too loose, it'll be a waste of time and money.

To answer your question about spray foam, it dries hard and so doesn't have any vibration damping property "to speak of", other than to make the stand stiffer. I suppose it might work well enough to satisfy your need, but really what you want is a material which is structurally flexible so that it can dissipate the vibration and therefore the ringing.

On the other hand, if the answers are "yes" and "no", go get a beer and listen to some music.
