Appears to be a variable resistor in that value changes as the clamp with soldered wire is moved along the body of the resistor I could as easily be seeing thingsUncertain of this is a feature that other manufacturers use to match the resistor values to compensate for variations in the actual drivers that showed up from the manufacturer. Group them together by individual measurement, then apply unique resistor value/clamp setting to that group and use another resistor value/clamp setting on a different driver group Or none of that.
