I would suggest U dispense with the PCB and wire all the components up point to point. IME, PCB's R detrimental due to the capacitive and resonant nature of the PCB material.
I have a pair of NHT 1.5i's that I have moved the x-over PCB from the input terminals down to the cabinet floor, attaching it with blu-tak, and replacing the wire with AudioMagic silver/teflon coated wire with VERY good results.
If I were to do an outboard x-over, dispense with the PCB altogether and do PTP construction/wiring.
