Great!So I listened to some FLUNKY named Jason who answered the phone at Von Schweikert told me to load the speakers with sand.
No, I did NOT insert a plastic bag into the cabinets. And BTW, play ground sand is damp. Plus I live on Tampa Bay, so the humidity here is constant.
So now what do I do?????
It's gonna be fun trying to remove 12.5 pounds of sand from out of a very small opening.
Here's what I'm wondering...
I could try to shake as much of the sand out of the speakers as possible. And then I could add silica beads to the cabinets. I'm thinking that silica beads should dry any excess moisture from the cabinets. (I see that using silica beads have been mentioned elsewhere on this forum)
What do you think?
