I think you are asking a bit much from a small monitor with a five-inch woofer. It's just never going to sound dynamically big enough for full orchestral dynamics. Such mini-monitors are best with chamber music, intrumentals and small forces.Have you had a chance to listen to some of the big Tannoy Dual-Concentrics? I think they might be more your speed.
