Ditto with Davey. As for the flat frequency response, MANY designers would disagree. Proper polar response, on the other hand...Not to mention, as Davey reiterated, my point was that picking a SINGLE FACTOR and ignoring other variables is silly. For example, "flat" on-axis freq response.
