I've only heard all of Paul's and George's solo albums so I can't comment too much on John and Ringo.I don't particularly like the Imagine album and haven't heard any of his others all the way thru except Double Fantasy which, without Yoko's songs, I like.
All Things is a bit overblown. The whole 3rd LP is a waste of petroleum. It's probably his best otherwise although I really liked his self titled from '79 and Cloud 9.
I think everything Paul did from '70-'89 was great. Everything since has been poop. BotR is good. I don't know what his best is seeing as they've all been my favorite at one point or another. My favorite is Red Rose Speedway. It seems to be the one I've played most over the past 20 years. Other current favorites are: Wildlife, London Town, and Pipes of Peace (Yes, I'm the only person in the word who thinks PoP is fantastic from start to finish).
As for Ringo, I have a couple but it's not like I play them.
