IMO it's an excellent band - not just an excellent girl band. I've got their three most recent CDs and am looking foward to the next. According to the All Music Guide they've got at least 6 records and the "ratings" like the earliest ones the best. I've got to give them a try.If I had to chose between them and Sleater-Kinney I'd probably take Sleater-Kinney as my favorite all girl band. But they're not the same kind of bands, yea both rock, but the Donna's are the more straightfoward hard rock (punk?) band of the two.
Give me rhythm or give me death!
