His Beethoven VC with Bruno Walter is wonderful, my favorite.I also like his Brahms VC with Bernstein, though the orchestra sounds rather harsh. But Francescatti seems to me to have done more with the work interpretatively than anyone else I have heard. He also did the Mendelssohn and Bruch No. 1 quite nicely, also the Sibelius. Then there are the French pieces, in which he had few if any peers.
