we are mostly familiar with Bach, Vivaldi, etc. but there are many leeser known composers that have written some very good music. I listen to Otto's Baroque Musick site on internet radio sometimes and have discovered some interesting works by composers like: Locatelli, Geminiani, Tartini. Veracini, and Mascitti among others and there are some very well played recordings available. I would be interested in hearing of any recommended composers, works and recordings of any lesser known but good Baroque composers.. Thanks.
