On the money. I think that was what attracted me to his music. At the time, I was listening to Elvin and Max and Blakey on the one hand and Cobham and Lenny White on the other and then this guy comes along who does both but with a nice batch of (probably Scandinavian) folk thrown in. It was totally unlike anything else I'd heard and it rewards repeated listenings.
