"Corigliano says he had never even HEARD any of Dylan's songs until a friend gave him a BOOK of Dylan's lyrics."Maybe he HAD hear Dylan, only he didn't make the connect between that simple guitar playing with highly affected singing and such a successfull pop-folk singer. Seriously, man, Dylan is SO over-rated.
