Fortunately the tinnitus only lasted for a few months. She went to see a doctor about it, and the doctor advised her not to get any more Covid shots. IMHO, it took real courage for the doctor to give her that advice at that particular time, amid all the Covid hysteria and amid the government policy connected with vaccination righteousness. (In some cases, refuse the vaccination, lose your job.)
Since then, she's gotten Covid twice - the first time, she wasn't even sure she had it (only symptom was general lethargy). In my case, I got the initial couple of shots, plus one booster, and I've gotten Covid once (general cold symptoms, no fever) earlier this year.
